Create a Publication

Publications are a great way for the broader user community to access content and interact with it. Setting up publications requires a scope, homepage and permissions.

• Go to the publications tab
• Click Create Publication
• Use the Scope of Publication tab to check the content in scope for this publication
• Give the publication a name
• Use the drop down menu to set a homepage
• Switch to the permissions tab to assign user groups to the publication
• IF All Users is selected, the "Enable Embed" option will appear. This allows content to be embedded in other tools
• Save the publication to return to the publications list

You can now access the publication by clicking the launch publication text next to the publication
